    They are for anxiety and aggressiveness.  They contain pheromones that calm cats.  Anxiety can cause scratching and urine marking, but those are just symptoms.  It can't hurt to try them.

    Have you considered getting the medicine compounded by a pharmacy into a liquid or ear cream?  If she won't eat, I would try fancy feast classic salmon.  I had a very sick cat and that was all she would eat.

    Just an update. I had the three liquids changed to chews and she eats them as treats. So now instead of 2 squirts of liquid in the morning and 3 squirts + the pill at night, all we have to give her is the pill at night.
