Was it this past Friday the 31st or the 24th? I would not call myself an expert, but it looks ok to me if the spay was recent.
Are those dissolvable stitches? If it was 2 weeks ago, I would be a concerned about the swelling.
How is the cat acting? active? sleeping? eating? regular stools &...
I would call your vet ASAP. I would also retrieve the bat from the trash and contact your nearest state conservation wildlife department to see if the bat can be tested for rabies. I don't know how long rabies is active in a deceased animal, and we don't how long that bat has been dead.

My cat, Caroline, had this illness earlier this year. It was very scary, difficult, and stressful to treat. I spent a lot of money on compounded medication as she is hard to medicate and was not eating. I also consulted with a specialist who performed an ultrasound and recommended a biopsy...

Buster's (my cat) body would be sent to the local crematory at the humane society. If I...
It does not look infected to me either. When I adopted my Mimi from the shelter she had been spayed for a least 2-3 weeks, and her incision was raised for a while. My vet assured me it would heal on its own, and it did.
I believe you feed less of the grain free. I would stay away from Science Diet as it is full of corn and not real meat. Taste of the Wild and Blue Buffalo's Blue Wilderness are better choices, in my opinion.
I am sure others will give you more advice.
