Yeah I made an appointment to bring him in for a follow up on Thursday and until then I will be monitoring his urination.
I spoke with the vet and his thoughts aligned with the responses in here so thats good to hear :). It was still a little vague as to how much urine I should be expecting...
Thanks, before all this he was urinating pretty large chunks. Chunks larger than the size of an iPhone 6. And I believe this was usually twice a day, but thats just speculation since I have two cats and its hard to tell who's is who.

no, when i called to ask about it, they wanted me to make an appointment with him and charge me AGAIN. (which is understandable) but i'd really rather not.
i did ask the other 2 vets why they thought he would think its a tumor, and they said he may have gotten percy's fat confused with a lump...
UPDATE: saw a third vet for a third opinion and he said that it was NOT a tumor. so now im am completely relieved. however my poor kitty is overweight haha. hes 16 lbs...so time to diet! thanks for everyones replies, it helped me a lot in this desperate situation. THANKS AGAIN!

update: so i just got a 2nd opinion from a family friend who is a vet. she said that she believes it is not a tumor and instead a skin allergy. but obviously she cannot know for sure...
