I was having trouble with Woody gulping down his dry food. So I bought a slow feeder bowl and he is mad at me. Now he can't gulp down his food and he doesn't like it. I had even changed his food to a larger kibble so he would chew it, well, he did, but he still ate fast. He will have to get used...
Mike, my Woody has been on Nutro Max Indoor for over a year. I did have to buy a slow feeder bowl to slow him down. He would gulp it down, after biting the kibble in half, and then sometimes would throw it back up. I didn't want to change his food so I bought the slow feeder bowl. He hates it...
I used to use Blue Buffalo, but it has two different sizes kibble. And I have enough trouble with Woody gulping down the kibble. He even trys to gulp the Nutro Max. I do like Nutro though. His coat is thick, soft and not a lot of stool in litter box. I am getting him a slow feeder bowl to slow...
I like whatever Woody likes. He is the one eating it, not me. I want him to be happy. The most expensive cat food in the world is not worth it, if the cat doesn't like it. There are so many opinions on this subject in this site, that a person could go crazy.
I feed Woody Nutro Max Indoor Chicken flavor. The reason I use Nutro Max is because the pieces are bigger and he has to chew them. That way he won't swallow the pieces whole and then throw it up.
Which of these two is best for a year old male cat? So far no UTIs and I want to prevent them as much as I can. He throws up once in a while. I don't know if it is the food, Science Diet, or he doesn't chew his kibble. He won't eat canned.
So far he hasn't had any UTIs and I want to try to prevent them, if possible. He does drink a lot of water, so I know that is good. I just want a good food for him without breaking my bank account.
My daughter has a 14 yr old male cat that attacks her for no reason. She was asleep and he attacked her and bit her on the cheek. Of course it woke her up and her immediate reaction was to smack him on the butt. But then he will be real affectionate. Why does he do this?
I have a young (less than year old) male tiger cat. I have been feeding him Science Diet dry food. I started out with the Optimal formula, but noticed sometimes he threw up so I switched to Senstive Stomach. He still throws up sometimes. I am wondering if he just doesn't chew it up. I want him...
