i scoop the clumps every night, and i clean the boxes in the tub every few weeks. his boxes are super clean and not stinky in the least. i have one covered one and one open one (the open one is a giant rubbermaid tub that he likes).
Anyone familiar with them? I've read their website and am interested in talking to them about my situation with my kitten and his needs. Just wondering if anyone's got the scoop on them.
Thanks
I know he's a needy little bugger. The problem is that I can't be home with him all day, and I don't think I can have another pet right now in my life. I know it was irresponsible of me to assume that adopting a cat would be a seamless process and that there wouldn't be problems... but this...
I've thought about that, and my partner has suggested this, too... but I don't think it's realistic for me to have another kitten companion. I've been able to support my kitten financially, but I think two would be too much....
hi friends,
i am in a difficult situation right now. i adopted my little baby about a year ago, and he has been pretty great. we've had some good cuddling days and nights, and keep each other company. as we've spent time together, i've realized that he gets really stressed out when i'm not...
Thank you all SO much for the advice!
I'm looking into feliway and cat attract. I'll order some tonight.
Here is something else that I thought of: the couch spot where he's been pooping is near a window. Outside the window are lots of birds, squirrels, etc. Maybe a few cats walk by? Is it...
i know that there was a dog that lived in this house for a few months before we moved in. there are two couches in particular that he loves pooping on, both of which have come from friends but none of which had pets. what strange is that he used to do this on a couch, then we moved the furniture...
Thanks for the tip. I'll try to find to find a deal online - I'll definitely try it out now.
Any other thoughts?
The strange thing about his stress interaction is that I've taken him to a friend's house when I went away, and she would catsit for a few days to a week with no problem. She has a...
Thanks for the advice folks. I'm a little nervous to let him out, because of our street. It's not very busy, but cars come whipping around the blind corner really quickly. If we lived somewhere a little more open and quieter, I'd definitely let him out.
I've heard about feliway, but it's also a...
My cat, a 1 1/2 year old orange tabby named Hank, is a great, happy cat.
I adopted him in september, and when I brought him home, he started pooping on the couch. Then he started pooping on another couch. Then he started pooping in my bed when I wasn't home. It had happened everyday for a span...
