My cat loves, loves lasagne. Although I try to keep it from her, she gets so frisky when I make it. She is passive about her food and not too picky, but she comes running for the Pounce treats. And, of course, the odd mouse that finds its way into our basement.

I try to keep cat food for cats and keep the human food out of it. It's healthier and it keeps them from begging. My cats love the Pounce treats. I trained one to roll over using them. It took a while he's very smart and playful.

LOL I give my cats extra treats for Valentine's Day too (they love Pounce treats) and little toys that I find. Last year, they got their favorite present ever for Valentine's day -- I built them an amazing cat tree (3 stories, lots of toys attached).

i also feel bad for him. He definitely comes across as a mess and he seems to have a lot of people around him that let him live a fantasy. He seems harmless to me (I could be wrong, but I bet the rumors are wrong about child abuse. He doesn't seem to fit the profile). I do hope he gets some...

I've used the Zone Diet (well, not strict but following about 80%) and I've found more protein/less carbs really helped me shape up. I also have more energy and feel better. It's hard for the first week but quickly becomes easy.
