Thanks for the good vibes and prayers! Talked to the vet this morning. He did pass the barium pellets so that means there's no blockages. He is still drooling and did vomit once over the night. The drooling though seems to have subsided a little so he felt that was some sign of improvement...

Not sure yet. The vet doesn't open for another hour and a half. He did call me last night before going home saying they were gonna give him some barium pellets to see if there's any blockage. So I'm just waiting anxiously to hear if there's any results from that and to hear how he's doing today.

The vet thinks something may be bothering is esophagus and is painful to swallow, thus the drool.

Thanks for the replies and well wishes so far. It looks like they have him on Cefazolin, Pepcid and Reglan. Yeah with the drooling they thought it would be his kidneys or liver but the tests they've done so far are negative for that.
