Like everyone said, the biggest one you can fit. Although I bought a medium sized one for my kitten... They arent that expensive to replace as they grow if it is just a basic litter pan.
you can take her to a groomer (or a vet...) every week or so, if you want to spend the money, untill your cat is comfortable with it. Try craigslist.
