Wow, I didn't know tea tree is toxic to cats!
I know penicillan is a no-no as it turns into an acid in their liver.
Might go round to all the big pet stores or duck into the vet to see if they have any creams or a wash/powder that will stop her from itching.
Thanks for the help guy!
But what...
My kitty pineapple has alot of medical problems, including very sensitive skin. Lately she has take to scratching infront of her ears where the fur is thin, She ends up with BIG scabs and really deep cuts and open wounds. I currently have absolutely no money to get her to an anti histermine...
It's hot here
I wish it was winter again, I thought moving to live on top of a mountain would help to cool things down a bit. It didn't work!
Hope you all had a great first day of the month!
Thanks guys!
I noticed today that she is "waxing", the little plug like thing in the end of her nipple. I don't know if that gives an idea of how much longer she will be though.
Maybe the vet was off or something.
She doesn't seem to be antsy or in distress. She did jump out of an open window...
My kitty is heavily heavily pregnant, she has been snooping around looking for a nest for the past two weeks, it's really frustrating because I just want it over and done with.
I took her to the vet last thursday and he said that she was producing milk and would be giving birth very very soon...
ok, I looked at them again and it appears that the very top two look like the inside of the nipple is coming out and the outside layer is sliding down.
Then the second pair down from that is the infected ones with stuff coming out of them.
Has he been wormed?
Did he have the pot belly when he came home from the vet? It could just be swelling from the operation, I'm sure the vet would have said something if he noticed anything out of the ordinary.
I was rubbing Pineapple's belly today and i thought she had an absyss or something so i took a closer look and it turned out to be her nipple, it looks like it is "caving in" on itself, starting at the very tip. I had a feel around and it is very lumpy underneath it. I also noticed that there...
If I was to make my own cat food every now and then, just for a bit of variety, what should I put in it?
I know my mother used to mix over-cooked rice, chunks of raw meat and some steamed veggies for her cats, and they seemed healthy eating just that.
But I just want to do it as a healthy...
One of those big shiny metal things with wheels trod on my foot!
It hurt so much but mummy put me in the nice warm bathroom for the night untill she could take me to Dr. Michael. They tried to fix my foot, but over a week it just got really sore and it got infected all the way up my leg, so...
