I totally agree. If your vet says this need to be done then you should do it, you risk loosing all the kittens AND your mommy cat if you do not have it done. The vet would not recommend it if he felt it was not needed, I hope all geos well for you

thanks for the welcome everyone. The girls are 14 weeks old, coming up 15 weeks. Theyre at the fun "let's attack everything" age.

I found these two the breeder took of when they were a lot younger... so thought I would share them.

oh and just thought to add, the mommy bengal has had a previous litter, so not sure if that makes a difference. I'll dig out some earlier photo's of them

Of course I dont mind sharing photo's! I'll be sure to keep them coming. My focus here isnt necessarily on the breeding, as I say it's more on wanting to get into the show circles with my own cats, and not just going along with my friends cats. The breeder i got them from only has two prices...

I am keen to feed my girls a raw mix diet. I believe in giving it to them. Theyre currently fed hills science plan kitten, from the breeder. I discovered it has maize in it though. I am looking into when to start giving raw, and some general advice on introducing it etc. I know when changing...

I agree with the others, she'll come out and eat, probably when it is quiet and there is nobody about. I hope she soon comes out for some cuddles from you. Some hissing etc is normal when introducing new cats to each other, as said It's a terrotory thing. Just give her time, she'll slowly come...
