I never fed my cats any of the brands that were recalled but I had been thinking of changing their diet for sometime now anyway. They now are in transition from Whiskas to Chicken Soup for dry and I've been buying Chicken Soup wet food and Merrick wet food.

Both of my cats wear collars, they are indoor cats but MacKenzie likes to run out of my apartment and into the hallway so I put tags on both collars just in case. If that wasn't an issue I wouldn't keep collars on them.
