You should get purina ONE for kittens if you cant get anything besides purina. I personally use Purina ONE healthy kitten formula, I will switch over to SOLID GOLD when he's all done with purina . Good luck!

My kitten eats purina one healthy kitten formula, He likes it and its great theres nothing wrong with purina. Just my 2 cents.

When my kitten gets older, A year or so, Would it be safe to feed him canned tuna? The whole recall thing is making me so cautious. My old cat would eat canned tuna, He loved it. So what do you think safe, healthy? Im referring to canned tuna people would eat*.

So, I bought some Worlds best cat litter, Original Formula. It's totally eatable correct? It say's its made from whole kernel corn.

It seems that way to me, Every where i search, I find that it is ok to feed and it's safe. I also hear that Purina does NOT get wheat gluten from china but some where in the US. I think ill give my kitty some, just a spoon full...

I know this may sound funny, Is it ok to use cereal for litter? I was thinking rice krispies since my cat eats his litter every now then. I dont think rice krispies will harm him more than a regular litter will LOL!!

Interestingly, My kitten will sometimes put some of the litter in his mouth and eat it. I usually take it out of his mouth when i am around. I use gravel like litter, Is there any litter that is eatable for kittens/cats .

I dont feel that it's safe to feed my kitten any wet canned food yet.... Im only feeding dry, hopefully he will be ok.

So how long should i keep feeding him the dry food? When should i crack the wet open? remember, he is only 6 1/2 weeks old. When he turns 8 weeks old, I'll be taking him to the vet.

BUMP Also, If i cant find any milk for kittens at a pet store, Should i atleast let him drink some regular milk? My other cat, when he was a kitten he would drink some regular milk and have no problem, maybe just go to the bathroom a little more often..
