A year ago I was dealing with my mom in the hospital because she had a small stroke and also my sick cat, Ryan. I was stretched really thin after dealing with my mom and then having to come home and deal with Ryan. I didn't get a chance to grieve over Ryan's illness and death because it all...
Tomorrow will mark one year since my Ryan got sick and died about a month later. Earlier this year I was finally able to write a bio for him. I miss him so much.
Ryan was a well loved cat. He loved to sit and look out the window or lay and "bake" by the door. He was also a very picky eater...
Felix is still very shy and jumps whenever my husband are outside but he does come up on our back porch and beg for food.. when he has none. Felix also won't let us near him yet but he is very vocal.
At first, my husband thought Felix might have been abused but after watching him for a few weeks we both realized that he probably was never socialized and never anyone's pet.
Well we have named him.. his name is Felix. We found out that she is really a he and Felix is doing well. He is warming up to us even more. My husband and I are making progress.
We are feeding her.. but she is very scared. When we first saw her.. she was skin and bones. I didn't want to call the pound because I knew what would happen. She has warmed up to us but my husband thinks she was abused because of the way she acts.
I know it's been months since I have been here. I just wanted to tell all of you that I got married. My husband I and decided to have a civil ceremony. We got married June 16, 2009 and we are both very happy I hope all of you are doing well.
Well we decided to take some time apart because we both wanted to be absolutely sure this is what we both wanted. We reunited this past weekend and he popped the question. He said he is absolutely sure this is what he wants and I couldn't agree more.
