Hi guys!
I haven't posted on here in a while!
I bought a cat - a Burmilla, his name is Logan!
I've only had him for a week! He's pretty fun - one year old!
Anyway, the point of my post!!
I want to buy my cat a Cat Tower. However, at the big places like Petsmart, they're pretty expensive...
Hi guys!
Thanks for moving the thread!
There's nothing in particular I'm looking to train yet, as I don't have the cat yet.
What I need is a book I think, so I can get a good overall understanding of what's needed!
I know this site is awesome, and I plan on asking question in the future for...
Hi guys!
Hope everyone had a great x-mas!!
I was wondering if you guys knew of a good source (website), or a good book that could teach me on how to train a new cat or kitten?
Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks!
Barry
Thanks 4crazycats, you're right.
I know quite a bit now about the Burmese...and I "think" I'm close to reserving one...man, they're rare...and hard to find!
Read up on the Bengal extensively too - they sound great!
Barry
Hi.
You could be right...I seem to know a decent amount about the Burmese...and I like what I here! However, all I know about the Bengal, and I was just about to go on answers.com to research them, is that they look cool!
Thanks...Barry
Hey.
That's kinda the impression I was getting...Burmese are hard to find...been considering a Bengal more and more because of the rarity issue....
Anyway, thanks for getting back so quick!
Barry
Hey guys!
Wow...again, thanks...an overwhelming amount of information!
Gives me a solid understanding of how much I expect!
Thanks - it's appreciated!
Barry
Hi guys!
I'm getting to know some of you in here pretty fast - and you're all extremely nice - it's strange, but a welcomed/good strange!
Anyway, I am looking for a Burmese cat. However, I heard they are quite costly.
I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Does anyone know of a good place to...
Wow...
That's really cool - and I good price...what does it do, keep recycling the water in the tray through the fountain?
Man, sounds lame, but you guys are getting me excited about getting a cat!
Thanks.
Barry
Hi again!
Ok, so what I'm getting from this, after all the initial stuff has been purchased, I'm looking anywhere from:
$200 to $300/USD for one cat.
Does that make sense? Generally?
Thanks.
Barry
Hi guys!
Wow, you guys are active in this forum - it's great!
Yes, I plan on feeding the cat premium food. etc.
Here's some specs:
Food: Premium
Toys: as per, many...
Vet: All shots, vacs, as necessary
Dishes: Pans, Dishes etc.
Litter: Good brands
Hopefully that clarifies things a bit...
Hi guys!
I love it here, I'm pretty happy I found this forum!
I was wondering, how much does it cost, per year, to raise one cat?
Does breed matter?
Any help would be great!
Thanks again!
Barry
Hey guys!
Again, this place is a great forum to post my questions - thanks for all the info.
There's a lot of nice cats out there, and I do like the Bengals, but I keep leaning towards Burmese!
Thanks again!
Barry
Hi guys!
Wow...information overload...thanks for ALL the information...all of it is extremely useful.
I really want a Burmese cat...but I have to look in to it, and take some of your advice etc.
I took an internet quiz and it said Siamese were best for me. If you're interested in the quiz...
Wow guys! I can't express the thanks for all the help for this!
It's appreciated!
I guess, what I'm going to do is buy a cat book, and take a look at all the breeds, and then pick one from there...
Does anyone have any good illustrated cat book suggestions?
Thanks!
Barry
Hey guys.
Thanks for all the feedback - it's appreciated!
When I grew up with my parents, they adopted one cat every three years or so.
Anyway, I'm looking to raise a cat from scratch. I don't want to adopt. However, I may adopt a second cat in a year.
Has anyone heard anything good about...
