    A few more questions?

I'm glad you've taken an interest in Stinky and Miss Kitty. In answer to your questions, no Stink has not been tested for neither FIV or Feline Lukemia. Neither vet he has seen mentioned anything about his startling appearance but my friends who own cats or know alot about them, (one worked in...

    A few more questions?

Well, I know you don't think I'm stupid, and I have cats all my life, just never six at a time, now I notice some things about one cat that the others don't have and I get worried. Stinky has been wormed by the vet himself, and I have gotten a pill from the vet that is used to combat an array...

    A few more questions?

okay I have male cat, an orange tabby who is almost two years old. My roommates mother brought him home when she rescued him from a trailer park. He seemed to be perfectly healthy except for knots under his skin. My roommates mother, said that she was told that neighbor kids shot him with a...

    Hey! I got a Question?

No I am not a breeder this happened by accident. Miss Kitty is an inside kitty but before I adopted her she was a stray that came to my door. I don't know how old she is I thought she was just a kitten because she was so petite. My boy, Sam, got her pregnant, but now both he and Stink, my...

    Hey! I got a Question?

I thought about that, but the very day after I posted this message, Little Butterball, which I have nicknamed this little kitten, cleared up and opened his eyes. I hope he's alright, what could I do for him if he does have an infection? Isn't he too young to give antibiotics? Thanks DADDYOF6

    Hey! I got a Question?

My cat, Miss Kitty, had her kittens about 2 weeks ago. Two of them have already opened their eyes and briefly the third opened his eyes, then I got up one morning and they were matted together with green "crustiness", I've gotten them open twice with warm water but more green goo keeps drying...

    yet another newbie

Hey! I'm new to the site too, but eveyone has been great in welcoming me and my small army. I loved hearing about your little Simon, she sounds absolutely adorable. I wish my girls were little princesses, but even my 6 year old siamese persian mix named Princess is a little tomboy. Just wanted...

    Miss Kitty Is A Mother!

Everyone seems to be doing fine today. I bought Miss Kitty some Kitten Chow this afternoon. (I know I should have started her on it during her last week of pregnancy, but I'm a little late). Miss Kitty and the babies are safely tucked away in a box right beside me in the computer room. The...

    Miss Kitty Is A Mother!

Last Night at about 11:00p.m., Miss Kitty crawled under my blanket and screamed. It was time, and Miss Kitty did not enjoy giving birth. The first one caused her a lot of pain. #1 was grey with white feet and a white mustache, very cute. #2 Was very large and Miss Kitty took a while to get...

    Some one please help me?

Since Miss Kitty has been taking the antibiotic she seems to be doing better. I haven't seen any of the symptoms I noted before. I just wish the kittens would hurry and get here. I want to make sure that they, along with Miss Kitty, are all alright. The waiting is killing me. Daddyof6

    I'm New

Well, after I've asked a few questions I think I finally have come to a conclusion. With the yellow, fluid coming out of her and her frequent visits to the litter box, I'm pretty sure she has an infection. The local vet did suggest an infection. I've been giving her antibiotics and the fluid...

    Some one please help me?

Yes Mis Kitty has a constant supply of dry food. Is this a problem? I've tried feeding her wet food, (which she tries to cover up with the rug) and kitten chow which must not appease her appetite. She really won't eat anything but the dry food and potato chips.

My kitten does not want to eat her soft food.

My aunt had a cat which ate alot of raw vegetables, her vet told her that it wasn't healthy for her cat to eat only the vegetables so she started feeding him hard cat food. He loved it and pretty soon all he ate was the hard cat food. When he died shortly after the vet told her that the kitty...

    Some one please help me?

You all have been so great in helping me and Miss Kitty, we realy appreciate it. Since I have never had a pregnant kitty before I don't really know what behavior passes for normal. Miss Kitty goes to the litter box frequently and tries to urinate, the results are little or nothing, I suspect...

    I'm New

Thanks catgirlie, if you could please ask your vet i would really appreciate it. I asked the "not-so-nice" vet here and he didn't seem too interested in helping me out and i'm not so sure I trust his answer. So please ask your vet and get back to me I would really appreciate it. DADDDYOF6

    Some one please help me?

Well, first I would like to thank everyone for answerig my question. I did call the local hack, (I mean vet), and he said that most likely she has an infection which I am treating with antibiotics, he also said that if she is trying to miscarry, which is unlikely this late in the pregnancy...
