Gracie, myy female calico (spayed) "hunts" a play rat. When she picks it up and begins walking she makes an unpleasant "yowling" sound. I nearly always go look to see that she is ok and not in distress. Any ideas about the sound. If it matters, Gracie is approx. 18 mos. old.
