My kitten is 4 weeks old and has a soft sac similar to a lump on its abdomen which hangs between its back legs. i have been told it could just be excess fat which will go away as the kitten seems to be perfectly normal otherwise. its a soft sac like thing i wouldnt describe it as a lump exactly...
