They may look cute, but they can be very destructive. They tend to build nests in just about anything, much like mice. Even worse, at least in my opinion, are their annoying calls. They chirp much like a bird, only more frequently, and for a longer duration. A single chipmunk chirps about 3...
The animal in question is a chipmunk. I have a few of them living under a tarp on my back porch. My kitty is quite interested in them as of late. She actually attempted to go through the screen door after this one on three occasions, all three times bouncing back off the screen pretty good...
My bengal girl is about 6 months old, and can jump up onto anything under 5' tall or so. She is also good at scaling just about anything, getting her up to the top of just about anything she wants.
Has he always had difficulty jumping, or just more so recently? Perhaps he strained a muscle or...
Debby: Yes, the Oly C2100UZ as well as the Canon Powershot G1 both have lcd displays.
Im not tremendously familiar with the G1, but with the C2100UZ you can view the image, zoom in on the image, move the image around, delete the image, etc etc.
A great resource for digital cameras is...
Debby: Mine are taken with an Olympus C2100UZ . Im tremendously happy with the camera. It takes pretty good close up shots, and has a 10x zoom which comes in very handy for shooting wildlife. Dont let my pictures serve as good examples of what can be taken with a 2100UZ though, as there are far...
The Dreaded Tum: I swear, it has a sort of catnip affect on my little one. She absolutely loves it. She shreds paper a bit as well, but not with nearly the determination and spunk that she shreds tissue.
kimward34: Its either remorse, or more of a "uh-oh, he heard me!". Personally, I think...
Thanks everyone for the kind words!
Catmommy: Unfortunately, I am the one that gets to clean up the mess. Luckily, she tends to keep the mess in one or two rooms, so its usually not too bad.
adymarie: Its impossible to stay mad. Especially when a few minutes after destroying to TP, shes in my...
Pray she never does! As adorable as it seems, it gets frustrating pretty quick. The worst part is, as soon as you catch them in the act, they just look back and let you know how much fun they are having. I find it pretty much impossible to punish a kitty for having that much fun.
My bengal girl doesnt seem to have any dislike for water at all. The last few hot summer days, ive filled the bathtub up with about 2-3" of water, and dumped tons of ice cubes in the water. She loves chasing the ice cubes around through the water, and it keeps her nice and cool too!
Shes always...
Heres a few shots of my ever so sweet and innocent, never getting into trouble, always being a perfect little princess, darling bengal shredding her 8th roll of toilet paper. It has been a while since the last one, as I had moved it to a very high towel rack. As of today, she can jump high...
Thanks for all the kind words everyone! She makes up for being so pretty by being the epitome of trouble makers. Shes always into something.
3sacrowd:
As Tigger said, they have very soft coats. More like a rabbit coat than a typical kitty coat. Its extremely difficult to capture the real...
Thanks for the reply Anne. Im pretty familiar with VBull, its a great forum. I administrate several different VBull forums on other sites. I guess I can understand not wanting tables and what not, just makes it tough to do certain stuff. Thanks again for the reply!
To further beat a dead...
I hope nobody is sick of Shiraz pics yet, here come a few more!
After reinacting a scene from 'when animals attack' or 'when good animals go bad', my precious little angel spent a few minutes in time out while i bandaged myself up.
But then once she was allowed to come back out and play a...
It can get a bit difficult at times. When shes not being silly, shes sitting right in front of the monitor, and I can only imagine as she gets bigger, its not going to be so easy to see around her. So for now, we test each others stubbornness. She sits down in front of the screen, i move her to...
