Mine wear harnesses and we put a doggy stake in the front yard with 3 'leashes' and we put them out at one time. It has to be late at night or early in the morning. None of them like noise... they get freaked out. They use to try and run out the door every chance they got but not so much...

We scoop and once a month or every 3 weeks we change the litter out.... Here the trashcan can be no heavier then 70 pounds.
