that would be difficult, i don't exactly want to drive my current kitten out to the rspca to meet another kitten, she'd be too freaked out by that stage to get any decent idea of whether they'd get along or not.
thanks so much everyone for your advice it's just when i leave my kitten at home by herself during the day it drives me nuts. I don't want her to be bored / lonely. she ends up sleeping all day and goes crazy around the house at night.
i have also heard that when you get 2 cats that they can...
hi, I made a post a week ago about my new kitten (who is just awesome!). She was really quiet when I first met her, but now she's really come alive. Some little problems have arisen with her behaviour though. (well what I perceive as problems) -> which i think might be overcome by getting her a...
yeah i think deep down i'd like 2. thanks for your advice. i'm going away this weekend, so that will give me some time to think about it. the earliest i could get one is a week away anyway.
well i went home at lunch and rang the rspca. She said that you can tell if a cat is bored because they will tend to scratch furniture and mess up the house, and even if i did get another kitten there is risk that they won't get along anyway.
She said i was probably worrying too much. i'm...
yeah i honestly feel sick with her at home by herself. (i have done no work this morning either) the problem is i won't be able to tell if they're a good pair until i've payed for the kitten and brought her home.
so overall do you people think that it's definately worth getting the extra cat to make my current kitten extra happy, or can i achieve the same results by enirching it's environment?
i can tell you i feel sick everytime i leave her to go to work, i've even been driving home at lunch just to...
so should i look into getting another kitten for company? my current kitty is 6 months old (although i only got her last weekend). I was originally going to get 2 anyway, but i would want them to get along (and i guess that's hard to predict)
sorry it's a bit blurry cause my flash is broken. That is the entry to the sun room. I know you can't see much from that pic though. The 2 windows can be seen either side of the table. She likes sleeping on the wooden chair (which now has blankets on it) near the window (probably cause it's...
Hi
