    Introduction of a Newby

Hello fellow Cat lovers, I thought it was time to introduce myself here, I haven't been a cat owner *cough*servant*cough**cough* for very long yet, only a few months but I already can't think of life without cats. My beautiful cat's name is Leticia (Ticia or Ticy for short), she has long black...

Skeptical, birth control pills for cats ?

To make a few things clear, yes the birth control pills are only available through the Vet and they are approved in the EU. They are in pill form and, I believe, administered once a week. Overall they seem to work very well (or so I gathered from treads on forums from countries where this pill...

    three kittens, learning the ropes

Hi GoldenKitty, thanks for the advice, I tried this today but while the kittens were sniffing my fingers and giving the food a few tentative licks they didn't seem to be impressed or all that interested. I think I will give it a day or two before trying again. I'm hoping they will follow the...

    three kittens, learning the ropes

Hi All, I'm new here and have a few questions (WARNING: this is probably going to be a very long post). First a bit of history: In a spur of the moment decision I adopted a rather young (exact age unknown) cat from a neighbor who didn't want her anymore and would have brought her to an animal...
