I was just craving something like this earlier today. At a local restaurant in the town we used to live in, they had something like a jalapeno popper (jalpeno bits and cream cheese, fried (I guess), if you didn't know :o) in stick form and then they served it with a rasberry jelly. I'm sure it...
it appears that there is one hour of footage on each Cat Sitter movie & "nearly three hours" of footage on the Cat DVD. So time-wise, Cat DVD would seem to be the better value.
from what i can see on the cat sitter demos though, it has video of the cats watching the videos. I don't know whether she'd like that or not.
here's the cat sitter website-
http://www.petsittervideos.com/
& the Cat DVD website-
http://www.catdvd.com/
there movies with just footage of birds & fish & squirrels that cats supposedly watch. Melly watches TV & likes the Cat DVD demo, so I think she'll enjoy one of them.
I was planning on getting Melly the Cat DVD for Christmas, but then I found a website selling both Cat Sitter volume one & two for the same price as Cat DVD & now i'm torn! Anyone have a preference?
we'll be getting Melly a new "gone fishin'" pole- http://www.hartz.com/Our%20Products/...3270088538.jpg
she loves dragging them around even with the 2 foot stick trailing behind!
this cat dvd- http://www.catdvd.com/
she loves watching TV & you can download the demo for this DVD on the site, so...
Since we've introduced our cat to our roommate & her cat, she's been very aggressive toward them. She'll hiss, growl, & lunge at our roommate even when her cat is not in the room & she'll do the same to her cat. My roommate's vet said that we should just try re-homing them again, but it's...
WOW! I just found this thread by searching for my username. THANKS EVERYONE!! My birthday was OK, I got tickets to see Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in December (my favorite musical.)
My mother-in-law is coming for dinner tomorrow night & I am going to make a green bean casserole, but I usually just follow the directions off the can of onion bits. I feel that since this is my MIL though, I need to make it a little bit fanicer (or tastier!) Any suggestions?
my vet told me that unless my cat will go outside, which she won't except for on a lead, that i don't need to get her vaccinated for leukemia. we live with another cat though, who also only goes out on a lead. there are also lots of cats in our complex. does anyone have feelings about this?
my husband gave me one before we were engaged. nothing fancy, just a sterling silver thing w/ a stone off a rack i think. i gave him one too, a silver ring with a mountain range on it. i meant to get it for him *before* we left alaska to remember by, but didn't end up getting it till after we...
Here's our little Melly, well she's not *so* little anymore...
the bedroom's a mess because i practically live in there with her since the vet said not to have her meet our roommate's cat until after she's spayed.
here are also some pictures of her brother (by adoption), Kitty Bitty, who's...
My vet had said to keep Melly seperated from our roommates cat, an approximately one year old spayed devon rex until she was spayed & had her second distemper shot & rabies shot. Melly was also sniffling then, so we definately wanted to keep them apart. Now Melly was given a clean bill of...
I took Melly to the vet today & she said the crust on her nose was probably just dirt and that there is no more noise in her airway! She said to be worried about Green or Yellow discharge that drips below their nose, so I'm glad I have a better idea of what to look for now. Melly's discharge...
there's a Rex cattery up here, but they're definately not a turkish van... :o) i briefly looked for a breeder for Vans here, but with no avail a couple months ago. i'm gonna watch this post b/c turkish vans are my favorite!
i'm so sorry for your loss. it hurts so much when it's sudden, i know from experience. my thoughts are with you. know that Nena now has many friends in Kitty Heaven.
