I have a cat who was a stray I took in about 3 weeks ago. She just had kittens 4 days ago. Shes acting really strange. Panting like crazy. She also started bleeding this morning. I'm worried. Am I worring over nothing?

Thank you so much I knew that fleas were bad for the babies but with mama being an outdoor cat there wasn't much I could do. Is there a way to give mama a bath without getting scratched to death she is very skitzy when it comes to water. I am afraid that they will just come right back.

I know this is probably a stupid question but will she have them all one after the other? Its been a hour since the 2nd one was born and she moved them already. Is she done her belly, is still huge.

Thanks for everyones advice. Her eyes have cleared up for the most part, she let me put clear eyes drops in them. I think she will have the kittens in the house she has been staying in at night and most of the day. I don't think that she can give up the bird hunting. She's about 1 1/2 years...
