sounds like the dry or wet food may be too rich. I have always fed my indoors cats pretty good food and they are the ones with the poo troubles (or used to)whereas my barn cats have normal poo and eat the cheap stuff....go figure. did your cat have probs before you added the wet or after?

sounds like the wellness is too rich for your kitten....sounds like he does much better on other brands of foods.....if you don't want to stay with purina, look for other good quality foods and see if they bug him.... but do a switch-over slowly. Good luck! My cat had problems with the "runs"...
