Talk about a weird behavior. She kicked out all her litter, and layed in her litter box! She won't go in the birthing boxs I made up for her. Should I remove her litter box or let it go for now?

I have been watching Tiara's breathing very carefully the last couple of days. Last night her breathing went to what I would say is a human pant. The only time it is slower is when she sleeps. Could this be the start of labor? She is over 65 days, but I'm not sure how many.
