The kittens have started opening there eyes , I noticed the little one has one eye open and is a little red compare to the other kitten eyes. Will it clear up when the other eye opens or is serious. I looked around it no discharge or crust. Can anyone help me ?

Hi , keira went into my room, I grabbed her then soon as she saw the kittens she growls and then ran out of my hands and instead of running to the kittens she ran away from them out of my room, is she scared of them or is this normal ?
