When my cat was vomiting I was feeding her chicken and broth baby food (beech nut) to make sure she was getting some calories. It is also bland and the consistency is easy on the stomach. My vet also prescribed an anti nausea medication I think it was called cerenia.

My cat had similar issues. It sounds like IBD. I would ask your vet about it, the earlier you intervene the better it will be for both of you.
