    Apple Cider Vinegar For Fleas

I can't seem to find the post I read a while back so I'm asking myself. Is Bragg's unfiltered organic ACV with the mother safe to put in cat's water bowls as a natural remedy for fleas and parasites? Is this a good dosage?: 1 tsp per bowl. We have 6 bowls total ranging from small; maybe 16 oz...

    Outdoor litter box ideas?

The enclosure will be built with wood and wire with a wire top so no wildlife will have access to the cats and the litter box will be in an area with a solid roof

    Outdoor litter box ideas?

I'm building an enclosure for our outdoor cats and I'm stuck on litter box ideas. The enclosure will be their exclusive home; they are not indoor cats. One idea I had was to build a raised bed like what you'd see in a garden and fill it with gravel and sand. Would that work? What about ways to...

How to build a cat enclosure?

I'm building one for a large cat colony and I have a couple of questions if you guys don't mind. 1) How do I determine how big to build? This will be their permanent residence so I want to provide them with as much space as my budget will allow. I was thinking maybe 25 sq ft per cat and then...

    Apple Cider Vinegar for fleas?

Thanks! So, we have a few different water bowls in different places for all of the cats. Is it OK to put a teaspoon in each of them or will that be too much? There's 3 bowls total. Also, we usually have to fill their bowls full twice a day. Is it OK to add a tsp per bowl in the am and then again...

    Apple Cider Vinegar for fleas?

Thanks so much for replying!! As for deworming, we're using an ivomec mixed with cat milk replacer method. With the ACV, you mentioned just adding a teaspoon to the water. Is that a teaspoon per cat or one teaspoon for all of the cats?

    Apple Cider Vinegar for fleas?

We've always used topicals for fleas but lately they don't seem to be working and we hate the idea of using chemicals. I've been googling natural flea remedies and have found a couple of suggestions. The main one is to add a few drops of ACV to their water bowl everyday. But, on the flip side...

What is the cheapest grain free cat food?

Thank you for the suggestions! We'd really love to feed raw if possible. Our budget will be about $400-$450 a month for all of the cats no matter what route we take whether it's kibble or dry. Is this doable? If so, how?

What is the cheapest grain free cat food?

Thank you! We're seeing what we can shift or lower; anything to afford the best we can. We lost Jada. She died yesterday of renal failure. It may or may not have been related to what we were feeding but it kills me we lost her. We only had 1.5 years with her. We're trying to avoid kibble but it...

What is the cheapest grain free cat food?

We've been feeding sportmix dry and special kitty can to a few who need can food--including our girl Jada who was just diagnosed with diabetes. She's actually still at the vet on a fluid IV. We're down to one budget so it's tough. The thing is that the can food we end up feeding can NOT have any...

What is the cheapest grain free cat food?

We have multiple cats and have tried a few high priced bags in the past like Orijen, Solid Gold, etc which they all loved but it was breaking the bank. We read that cats will eat less of a high quality grain free food so we figured that would compensate for the higher cost but they seemed to eat...
