Does anyone else have a cat that likes to be cuddled or held like a human?

Both of my cats are very affectionate and one of them likes to sleep under the blankets with me, and the other likes to be held like a baby. Maybe I'm projecting these qualities on to them, even so, they are such good cuddlers 9786️ Here's pics, let's see yours :)

My 5 month old kittens have been dewormed 3 times, and they still have them.

They both have diarrhea, which makes me think they still have worms. But also, one of them had an accident outside the litter box, which was my fault really, because I closed the storage room door and forgot to open it which is where the litter box is. Anyway, I was cleaning it up and there was...

My 5 month old kittens have been dewormed 3 times, and they still have them.

I'm pretty positive they don't have tapeworms though. They've never had fleas, they've been to the vet many times for examinations and I specifically asked them to see if there's fleas. Plus I've never seen segments or rice looking things. But you never know so either way I'm taking in a stool...

Hello, meet my two kittys Huey and Rambo :)

Ive always been an animal lover and had lots of pets growing up but these two are my first independently owned pets. Ive learnt that it's not easy to own any animal, but it's definitely worth it and makes my place feel more like a home. Huey is the darker, tortie/tabby and Rambo is the...

My 5 month old kittens have been dewormed 3 times, and they still have them.

Yeah, I dewormed them once at the vet, then a second time at home, and when I went for their follow up shots, they were dewormed a third time. All in about 4-6 weeks

My kitten needs to have some of her tail amputated, I'm worried she will continue to bite at it in t

I should probably include an update. It's been about a week since she had the surgery to amputate some of her tail and she definitely seems a lot better and relieved. She has a cone on and she will try and nip at the stitches when I feed her, but it doesn't seem like she wants to bite the...

My 5 month old kittens have been dewormed 3 times, and they still have them.

When I took them to the vet the first time to get their shots, I didn't bring a stool sample, but I had a picture and the vet said they are round or hookworms. Also I'm pretty sure the medication she gave me was one that treats for most types of parasites. When they were first given the...

My 5 month old kittens have been dewormed 3 times, and they still have them.

My kittens are 5 months now and they have a chronic roundworm problem. They were dewormed 3 times in about a month but I just saw an actual worm in one of their stools. I clean the litter box a few times a day, is there something I'm missing that's causing them to be reinfected? Does having...

Has anyone every excessively worried about contracting parasites from your animals? Am I totally irr

Thank you, maybe I'm just uninformed or niave. But yes several vets have told me it's not "theoretically" possible or at least very rare... It's all starting to make me wonder if getting pets was too much pressure for me at this time in my life. Although I don't make a lot of money I've still...

Has anyone every excessively worried about contracting parasites from your animals? Am I totally irr

I know this isn't seen as common or even possible to a lot of people, but I am still worried I have picked up a form of parasites from my kittens. When I first got them, and took them to the vet to be dewormed, they started passing roundworms that night, some which were as thick as spaghetti...

My kitten needs to have some of her tail amputated, I'm worried she will continue to bite at it in t

My 5 mo kitten had an incident with a scentsy warmer on Friday, dipping her tail in the heated wax by accident. She immediately started darting around the house, hissing and crying. I took her into the vet right away where they shaved almost all of her tail. The following days, her behaviour...
