Yes, I am quite certain as shes been in heat a lot lol
Thats why we've made the decision to get her spayed. To give her some peace. Poor girl, and we dont want kittens.
I thought it weird that my cat in heat wanted NOTHING to do with my secretly male cat once she went into heat. He doesn't have much interest in her either hahahaha. Shes getting spayed next week, and he's getting neutered.
I'm so lucky they aren't interested in eachother.. otherwise I could've...
I am newer here, and I must say I appreciate all you guys have to say.. I've been reading many threads and you guys are so compassionate. Not only with the fur babies, but their owners too.
This site is a fantastic place to be.. SO educational
Calypso is a calico female who is turning 2 years old June 23rd. One of her bottom nipples appears to have some blood on it. They are also ver pink, and a bit long. (Never had kittens, and she's not pregnant, shes being spayed next week)
They are separated lol. For two reasons;
No kittens
Keeping him isolated until his meds are done.
(Hes being babied)
I am so TICKED at the person I got him from.. lied about his age, and didn't give the correct gender, he came riddled with fleas, and now worms??? Oh and Simons Mom routinely...
I am looking around for spay clinics, we found out the new addition to our family is not a pregnant female. Our kitten is a male who had worms, but is now getting treatment.
That swelling was the sudden appearance of a scrotum! My 'pregnant' cat is a male cat who had worms. Hence all the pregnancy like symptoms. Took HIM back to the vet yesterday, and HE is on the road to recovery.
