When you keep an eye on him for a day, what are you looking for that would make you take him in?

Fairly normal. Maybe a tad mopey. He usually sleeps around this time so I can't really tell. He ate his whole breakfast as usual. Vet or no?

There's some extra white showing in the right eye on the nose side. Here's a picture of it: I woke up and it was like that. Sometimes he's out at night. Did it get poked/scratched? Or is it nothing?
