I have no idea what the fever range for FIP is. Maybe this really is a virus that can be treated with antibiotics and they'll just take a little while? I really don't know.

Hi, thank you for your response. He's not vomiting, but no, the vet didn't mention that as one of the possibilities and didn't do an x-ray, just a physical exam and bloodwork. Maybe I should mention that. Thanks for the input.
