Yeah I'll back off for a bit. When I do though, her poop looks more chunky. I haven't given them to her since this morning and her poop is already chunky with what looks like formula chunks. Right now I'm doing 3 parts water to one part KMR instead of the 2 parts water.

You could try some probiotics. I use FortiFlora by Purina Pro Plan. It helps with diarrhea. Good luck! I hope he feels better soon.
