He came home yesterday, and is back to his normal, happy self. The surgery went well and we just have to make sure to give him his painkillers. He has been sleeping, eating(!!!) and drinking, so we couldn't be happier! 

Turns out the poor guy swallowed a hair elastic and that was causing a blockage. The doctors got it out and they're keeping him in the hospital until tomorrow. It seems like he's going to be okay! I'll keep updating you guys.

The vet gave him fluids and he seems a bit more alert, he's lying in the window and is lifting his head to look at birds. We're getting x rays done on Saturday. Thank you for your help so far, I really appreciate it
