Ok that probably explains the green mark (links to photos are in the post above yours).
In regards to ring worm and the balding in the areas, she lives with other cats, who do not experience this. Granted, this cat is the only skinny one.
What else could be causing her to lick her gut area to...

I have a seal point/siamese cat who is about 3 years old and has always been fairly skinny.
After combing for fleas, i noticed she is losing hair in certain areas. She is losing the hair around her gut and now it looks like there are patches coming off above her tail on her lower back.

the only place I've seen it. its 1 of 4 kittens which only has it. She gets irritated when I touch it though so it might be inflamed. There's nothing topical I can put on like Monistat if its some sort of fungus? I have a black light, will that work to see if its fungus?
