Update: I took them to the vet on Friday and got them their shots , deworming and check up. Just now I noticed that one of them is bloated is this normal? They've only been eating fancy feast wet food and Purina kitten chow. I've watched so that they don't eat things they shouldn't .

I feed them fancy feast 4 times a day. They have chow down 24/7 and water also. I think they just like to cry lol. When I pick them up they're quiet

Update : They're doing great. Gaining weight don't know how much exactly but I can tell. No more diarrhea but they cry From time to time cause they want attention. Will be taking them to vet Friday for shots and deworming

I can try as where I live there will be a tropical and it's not safe to really go out. I did buy the fancy feast they seem to like it. I couldn't find pedialyte at Walmart and I couldn't do anywhere else cause they bad weather.

One of them cry's alot. Stands by the food and doesn't eat. Is somewhat lethargic it does run around just a little though. I need to take it to the vet along with my other one. But what could be wrong with him? Worried he's sick or something.
