I doubt she could be pregnant.  Don't know if she was spayed as the vet didn't seem to check a lot of things.  They did an x-ray of her abdomen so I am sure they would have figured out she was pregnant.  She is only about 6.4 pounds at this moment, gained about 0.2 pounds in the last few days. ...
