Thank you, turns out it is the ointment I got. (I didn't really even look at the box much, when I got it). I had a worker help me find it & he said that they only carry the liquid terramycin, but in fact it's an ointment. So, I have already soaked (with a saline solution) & cleared any gunk out...
I have 4 kittens, about 4 weeks old and they all have an eye infection. I got the terramycin, however I was expecting it to be an ointment but it is a liquid. How do I give this to the kittens? Put a drop or 2 in their eyes?
