Thank you so much for the answer, kitty did finally poop a little today so that is good. She is getting so much better each day, so hopefully the Vit B Shot is working. 

This is my first at this, I never had a cat before so I am glad it was just a cold. Thank you, Kitty is doing a little better, she is doing more each day so I guess it is just a waiting game at this point. 

I posted this but it has not shown up, please forgive me if it goes in twice.  I took my cat to the vet today as she was not feeling well, I found out she has a cold, her fever is now gone, that is good, she is lethargic and has no appetite. She was given a Vit B shot, my question is. How long...

I was able to get into the vet today, thank goodness it is just a cold, she has no other signs like discharge from the eyes or nose so all they gave her was a B12 shot. I did have to hand feed her after we got home. But what does a Vitamin B shot do for cats, does it stimulate something in them...

I am waiting on the vet to get back to me, I contacted them today. Hopefully soon they can contact me back. 

Thank you for the info, she is not super hot, just a little warm, I don't think I have a rectal one I have to look.
