Maybe someone could help me with a very similar issue. My cat has two of these wart like sores. A small one on his back and a larger one on his head. I've squeezed to find white puss like discharge, I've cleaned many times but never seems to close completely or heal.

Here is one more pic.. if anyone can help me treat or knows what it is.
