The after hours vet in our area won't give advice over the phone. Is this an emergency that can't wait, or can I possibly wait until Monday and take her to our regular vet?

My two year old cat has vomitted a few hairballs over the past several days. However, today, she has been vomitting everytime she tries to eat. It usually is liquid and yellow. She is very hesitant to eat and I have not seen her drink today. Any advice on what to do? Thank you!
