So I went outside and played the kitten noises. She ran to try to find the source. Once she realized it was me I guess she just kind of walked away but stayed on alert. She still hasn't went to any kind of hiding place

I brought her up on the screened in back porch and played the sounds. She started running around looking for the source of the sound and then I let her go back out in the yard to see if she would go look for her own kittens but she's just sitting there

I went and felt her stomach. I didn't feel anything. I didn't feel any kind of discharge and I didn't feel any movement. How long are they in the birth canal?

How should I go about checking that? We are planning on getting her and the first two kittens spayed

Update: I just went outside to check on them and notice that mama cat was letting one of the older cats nurse from her. He is definitely too old to still be nursing
