Anybody ever try this brand? Is it grain free?

Can someone explain the transfer factor to me? Is it food or just a suppliment? I have a fiv positive kitty, trying to do everything I can to keep her healthy and happy! :)

My 3 year old cat, Luna is fiv positive. I was told earthborn holistic cat food would be great for her health. because it is grain free etc. Anybody have any thoughts? I want to give her the best nutrition i can to keep her as healthy as i can.

Oh and her next vet appt is this Wednesday.
