19 year old cat started to find drinking water difficult

She goes to vet every 6 weeks for a check up. She's basically at the end of her life - she has a kidney condition and is mildly hyperthyroidial.  Eating, well, she doesn't eat very much - and she rarely vomits.  She does kind of "hover" over the water bowl, yes. That is quite a good description.

19 year old cat started to find drinking water difficult

Hi, my 19 year old cat has recently (last 30 days or so) been sometimes unable to drink water. What is strange is that she still drinks cat milk, and I can see she wants to drink water but for some reason she cannot do so very easily.  I have tried different types of bowls, shallow and deep...

Cat vomiting alot. New food introduced recently

I switched because the Vet recommended Hills science plan as being generally better for her health. Also when she stayed at the cattery recently she was given Hills and was fine on it. Also because it's softer than Iams it should be better for her teeth (she's had a couple out already). T

Cat vomiting alot. New food introduced recently

Hi I recently switched my 9 year old cat from Iams senior to Hills science plan adult. Since the switch she's been throwing up quite a lot. Vet says nothing wrong with her. Should I just persevere and see if she gets used to it or switch her back to Iams? Thanks Tom

Please help - problem with cat wee-ing

My cat (9 yrs old) has decided to stop wee-ing in the litter box, ever since I moved to a new flat. She now prefers to wee on my bathroom floor. The litter box is outside and in our last place was outside too. She never had any problems in our old place. The really strange thing is she uses...
