For weight comparison, the top is the day I got him (excuse the litter box my boyfriend assumed I would be bringing home a kitten... Had to exchange it lol) and the bottom picture is him right now. I still think he looks ok, but will try to help him gain weight per the vet's suggestion.

Yes he tested negative for diabetes. That was among the things they ran tests on (using blood/urine/stool). They guessed diabetes or kidney issue, tapeworm, thyroid gland, etc. and nothing tested positive. Really baffling
