I would check with your vet about Frontline Plus, which can be given to kitten over 1.5 pounds, but there is a caveat about 8 weeks or older (vs. 6 weeks). Frontline Plus is a topical treatment that actually works for a month, kills flea larvae/eggs, and is only absorbed through the sebaceous...
Hi. Thank you for all the good you do to help not just Boy, but other cats in your community. I would guess you have already reached out to this group, but just in case you haven't.

I'd leave mama cat do what she thinks best. For whatever reason, she wants them in the box, so why stress her out by taking them out if that is where she thinks they need to be. If this is because of her being away from them for a week, then she will soon stop.
Giving them some space outside...
Hi. I agree about trying an elevated dish to see if that helps any. Aside from that, is there a particular meal that is involved when she throws up? Say for example, the morning meal? Some cats will throw up if they go too long without eating due to stomach acid build up. Do you throw out any...
I would think the hormones would be out of his system by now. I was suggesting that there may have tissue left behind after the neutering that is still allowing hormone production. It can happen to female cats so I just figured it could happen to males too. Otherwise, if Bond has been doing this...
All I know you can do is get his hormone levels checked. Even if for some reason he is still producing sperm, if Indy is spayed it won't cause a pregnancy. There is something not quite right here, and if you don't have Bond evaluated by a vet, you won't find out.
If Indy is bothered by it...
If by chance she did get into something she shouldn't have, check around to see if you can find whatever that might be and remove it. Give her more Churu just to keep something in her stomach, Start over with a fresh batch of food, in case what you had sitting out has accumulated enough bacteria...
Hi and welcome to TCS, despite what brought you here. Lots of questions in order to see if any of us can help. How old is your cat, and when was her last vet checkup? Could her food be bad? Did she throw up immediately after eating, or was it hours later? When did she throw up the liquid - and...
Hi, I can't offer anything more than the comments and questions above. It might be helpful if you can capture any of these episodes on video to share with a specialist, whether that ends up being in person or teleconference. I know it will be tough, but try to be prepared at all times to do so...
Hi and welcome to TCS! I know you said this cat was neutered 3 weeks ago, but how long have you had him? At the age of 6, it may likely take quite a while for him to get comfortable in his new home. So, if you haven't had him long, his meowing may stop as more time passes. I agree with the...
Hi. I am not an advocate of thinking cats plot, but your male cat may be taking advantage of when no one is in the home to chase her. It is just a thought, but something you might look into as a starting point. If you plan on leaving again anytime soon, you might separate them to see it that...
I was actually responding to the other poster on your thread. But, if your cat is losing weight because she is not eating enough then, IMO, foods with a higher phosphorus level combined with a phosphorus binder is the better way to go. I was able to keep Feeby's weight stable, even having her...
Target ranges for phosphorus is somewhat dependent on the Stage of CKD. And, the entire range is misleading because the upper portion of the range is generally too high for a cat with kidney disease. Without either giving your cat low phosphorus foods or using a phos binder, I doubt the...
Maybe buprenorphine is the answer for him. The dosage amount is so small, that it doesn't require any swallowing, it just needs to be absorbed in the mucous membranes of the mouth. I give it to my cat, for different reasons than yours.
Hi and welcome to TCS. All I know is that there are vet groups who will offer a second opinion. I presume that means they will accept records from other vets to review. The VCA group is one, but I am sure there are others as well. That doesn't mean they will not still want to physically exam the...
