So I recently brought home a new kitty, about 9 or 10 months old, and I have another cat I adopted before about 1 year and 3 months old. They have been together about 4 days, and i'd say warmed up to each other really quickly. However, they have these "play" sessions that can go on for hours...
They did test her thyroid and pacreas, put her on medications to see if it would help but it didn’t. There didn’t seem to really be an issue with them.
Perhaps I’ll try and omega supplement down the line, based on some articles I’ve read. I don’t want to add to many things to the mix right now...
Do you know if any supplements that might help with the inflammation or other symptoms? Right now she’s also getting weekly b12 shots to make sure she gets the vitamins she needs.
So far she’s been home for a couple days and her diarrhea has improved. I’m slowly switching her to my other cats food until I but her her special food. It’s salmon based. I’m looking for experiences and advice so this is perfect. And I didn’t know it could turn into Lymphoma.
