Good call out in going slow. Tonight I tried mixing a tsp of raw with 2 tbsp of her regular wet and she ate most of it! Gotta love cats with expensive taste.

If it's clean and dry I'd just let it heal. Maybe use a warm damp cloth to clean any litter from it and give it a few days. If it won't heal calm your vet.
