Thank you so much for replying. The scab is on his neck, it also feels bumpy. He does scratch at it and sometimes tries to lick if he could. I live in an apartment when I'm not home he stays in the balcony but is inside when I'm home. And no he is the only cat I have. Oh and I did get him neutered.

I recently took my cat, Theodore, to the vet. They gave him a shot because he had the same problem he has now and I am unsure why its appearing again. Does anyone know what it could be? He's only around 10 months.
