My 13 yo female cat has a wound on her chin that will not heal. It is usually scabbed over with a dark crusty scab that rubs off pretty easily with a wet Qtip to reveal a wound underneath. It's been there for about a year and has not gone away. I've shown it to several vets to no avail.
